“Very professional, made me feel very comfortable, easy to talk to. I only booked an hour but his massage was so good I had him stay another half hour.
Absolutely one of the best massages I've ever had! I feel so much better!

I was always destined to work in healthcare.
My mother was in nursing school when I was a toddler as she became the incredible night-shift ICU nurse she is now. My grandmother worked in a clinic until I was a teenager. I grew up listening to them talk about their patients and procedures as I ate my morning cereal before school. They taught me the joy of helping people and reverence for quality of life. I wanted a career that was impactful, that made the world better, and where I could be one-on-one with people so that each individual professional relationship could be fostered over time.
Services

More than any other service, my clients ask me for this. I’m very physically active and strong; I know what it is to demand a lot of my body and then to take care of it after the demands are at rest. Focusing first on the soft tissue around the muscles, I regularly incorporate myofascial release into these sessions — a luxurious, powerful, unbinding technique that requires no oils or creams. When I finish with that, I put my focus on lengthening the tight muscles and target a force on knots.

The art of relaxation is as much a mental deescalation as it is physically felt. More than a command to relax, I think of it more as a welcome to soften. I invite my clients to visualize in your imagination what relaxation looks like. What does the poetry of letting go of tension sound like inside?

First and foremost, I am a healthcare practitioner. I received my education from medical professionals of all kinds and went on to work alongside doctors in my career. Together we’ve developed individual treatment plans for patients dealing with various neurological issues, physical trauma, mental health concerns, congenital abnormalities, and disabilities across various spectrums.
I’ve personally dealt with the long term effects of whiplash, concussion, postural irregularities, sports injury… and regular massage has consistently been a leading player in my recovery.

The process of preparing for a child can often begin even before conception. I’m grateful to have been part of peoples’ lives as they open their bodies, relationships, and hearts up to the great change taking place. The body changes drastically over the nine months of a pregnancy and is gloriously never the same again afterward. My role in this is to help relieve the pressures felt along the way and to assist in the body’s new regulation after your new loved one has come into the world. I am especially proud in helping fellow LGBTQAI+ people in this sacred journey.
Rates
My rates are $120 per hour before gratuity for all sessions. I also offer sliding scale starting at $60.
Policies
Upon booking, there is no charge, but a card will go on file. For new clients, upon scheduling, a down payment of $20 is processed toward their first total session fee.
No call, no shows and ghosters are charged full price.
In the case of a cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled session, I love to offer a kind leniency as long a client reschedules immediately and follows up on the session and payment. After the first instance, there is a $30 fee per scheduled hour ($45 for 90 minutes, $60 for two hours). If there is not a rescheduling on the books within 48 hours, clients are charged full price for the session.
Stefan was awesome — best neck/upper back I've ever had. I have a new regular therapist!

Stefan was phenomanal! I would definitely love to see him again if that would be possible! He is so good at what he does and I am very thankful he has helped make my pain go away today!
